Audit log
The Audit log tab of an org's page lists every change made in the org, its projects and their environments, newest first: who made it, what it was, where, and when. Only the org's admins see it.
What is recorded
Changes made by hand are recorded: the org's admins, teams, roles, invitations and settings, and what is changed inside its projects. A change a game server makes with a server key is recorded too, with the key named as who made it. Nothing secret is kept: a key, a token or a password is recorded only as having changed. Records are kept for two years. When somebody deletes their GreenMind account, the records keep what was done and forget who.
What is recorded in a publishing project is listed in the console's Audit log, which also says where a project's and an environment's own audit logs are.
Reading the list
- Each entry says where it was made: the org, a project or an environment. A change to the org's own admins, teams, roles or settings links to the tab it was made on; a change inside a project is named, since it was made in that project's own app.
- Show what changed opens an entry's details.
- The list narrows by kind of change, by who made it (Only by them), by a server key (Only by this key), and by dates. Back to today returns to the latest changes.
