Delete your GreenMind account

Effective September 14, 2026

Your GreenMind account is one account for every GreenMind Media game and app: Dawn of Irkalla, Green Stone and OnlyLore. Deleting it deletes everything in all of them, and cannot be undone. This page explains how to ask, what is removed, and the little we keep.

1. How to ask

If you have a GreenMind account, sign in and use Delete my account at the foot of your account page; it is on your Dawn of Irkalla dashboard too. Being signed in is how we know the account is yours.

Go to Delete my account

If you play without one (through Steam only, for example), use our support form, tick "I want my game data deleted", and give your Steam profile link or in-game name. We check the data is yours before deleting anything.

You can also write to greenmindmediagroup@gmail.com.

2. What happens next

A person on our team erases the account within 30 days of your request, or of our confirming that a request made without signing in is yours, and you are signed out everywhere when it is done. If you own an OnlyLore universe that other people use too, we will ask you to hand it over first.

3. What is deleted

  • Your account's email address, name and public name, and every way of signing in to it.
  • Your players in Dawn of Irkalla and Green Stone, with all their progress, items, currency and decks, and your places in past matches. Signing in again later with the same Steam account starts from nothing.
  • The OnlyLore universes only you use, your memberships of other people's, and invitations sent to you.
  • A linked Discord account, access you gave AI assistants, and every app you allowed to sign you in.

4. What we keep

  • A record, with nothing personal on it, of which terms you accepted and when, and that you asked for your account to be deleted.
  • Database backups are overwritten within 7 days, and server logs within 30 days.
  • Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

5. Removing less than your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove some of it. From your account page you can revoke an app's access and change your public name, and in OnlyLore you can delete entries you wrote. For anything else, such as a linked account, a universe or particular data, send us a support request.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we hold and your other rights over it.
