OnlyLore
Open to everyoneA home for the world you are building
Worldbuilding usually lives in a folder of documents that slowly start contradicting one another. OnlyLore stores the relationships rather than the retellings, so the contradictions surface while you can still decide what is true.

Who it is for
It is for writers, game teams and game masters whose world has grown past what they can hold in their heads. Nothing fills a gap in for you: a character with no birth year has no birth year, not a guessed one.
Built for canon that has to hold up
A family tree that knows what it means
Record parents and nothing else. Siblings, cousins, great-aunts and every degree of removal are derived from the graph, so the tree and the prose cannot quietly disagree.
A timeline laid out by year
Eras, factions, events and lifespans on one axis, positioned by date rather than by generation. Undated entries stay undated.
Every date is a question
Click any year to see everything alive, running or unfolding in it. A death year doubles as “what else was happening then”.
Search that says why it matched
Free text across characters, events, factions, places and article bodies, showing which field matched and the words either side of it.
Bring in the people who write with you
Invite collaborators to a universe as editors or readers. They see that universe and nothing else of yours.
Ask your AI about your own canon
Each universe can issue a scoped access token, so an assistant answers from what you actually wrote instead of inventing something plausible.
Record parents, and the tree draws itself
Only parents are stored. Everything else about a family is worked out from them, wherever you ask.

How it works with the rest
It works on its own. These connections are there when you want them, and each is something you turn on.
- Game Designer
- A game links to a universe and cites its canon instead of copying it, so a change of name in OnlyLore shows up in the design as a citation to check.
How to get it
- What it costs
- Free while it finds its feet. We do not sell or share what you write.
- Who can use it
- Anybody with a GreenMind account can start a universe.
