GreenMind Marketing
Open to everyoneSay it once. See what it did.
GreenMind Marketing is where a game studio, a band or anybody with an audience plans what they say, publishes it to the networks they connect, and sees what happened afterwards, with everything they did drawn on the same time line as their numbers.

Who it is for
It is written for people who are not marketers. A small studio or a band gets the bookkeeping done for them and a plain view of what worked, instead of a dozen tabs and a spreadsheet of dates.
A publisher with several games gets one org with a brand for each, sharing the accounts and pipelines a central team sets up.
What it does
Plan your campaigns
Set out campaigns, phases, milestones and goals, from a template or from scratch, with tasks and a calendar your whole team shares.
Publish to your networks
Write a post, pick the networks your brand has connected and schedule it. A post can wait for somebody's approval before it goes out.
See your numbers on one time line
Numbers from your networks and stores, read every day and drawn with everything you did, so you can see what moved them.
Stream and cut clips
Go live on YouTube and Twitch, follow the chat in one place, and cut clips from your streams to post later.
Keep and make your media
Keep your art, trailers and press kits in one library, and draft images and text in the AI studio.
Reach press and creators
Keep your contacts and coverage together, write to them from your own mailbox, and give out game keys.
Keep your ads in hand
See your ad accounts and campaigns in one place, hold them to spend caps, and keep a record of every change.
Track links and websites
Make tracked links, and see the visits to your websites beside everything else.
Tools for games
A brand that markets a game also gets a Steam toolkit, and can read its reports from Steam, Google Play and the App Store.
Pipelines do the repeat work
A pipeline is its sources, the steps its items go through, and the outbox at the end. A brand can run many at once, from a recipe or from scratch. A dry run shows what each step would make and what it would cost, without spending a credit.

Built for a publisher's brands too
A central team can share channels, mailboxes, ad accounts and pipelines with the other brands in its org. A brand can follow a shared pipeline and override parts of it, and its own account on a network always beats a shared one.
How it works with the rest
It works on its own. These connections are there when you want them, and each is something you turn on.
- GreenMind Publishing
- A brand linked to a game on the platform sees its builds, config releases and crash fixes as things worth saying, and gets the Steam tools.
- Ensemblis
- A stream started from a show uses its setlist as the run sheet, and each song can become a clip.
- Game Designer
- Features shipped and milestones cut become pipeline sources, a store brief comes from the design, and themes from players' feedback are filed back into the game.
How to get it
- Who can use it
- Anybody with a GreenMind account can make a brand and invite their team.
- What costs money
- What costs us per use is paid for in prepaid credits: AI, automated posts, media processing and relay time. One credit is one US cent, and a pipeline's steps say whether they use any.
- Connecting networks
- A brand connects its own accounts, and each is optional. For most networks you make an app of your own at the network, and the Connections page walks you through it.
- Streaming
- Our team approves a brand before it can use the relay.
